The new one will have 50 000 places, of which 500 will be reserved for handicapped people.
Its construction began in 2009 and will finish in the summer of 2012, and will cost 324 million Euros.
This stadium will be the most modern in France with its mobile roof and its indoor sports facilities (for handball, basketball, swimming, etc.).
It has been given five stars by UEFA and will be able to stage a final of the Champion's Ligue or of the Euro in 2016.
